Each condominium (sleeps 6) has two bedrooms, two baths, a pull-out sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a screened balcony offering a wonderful view of the pool and the Gulf, a washer/dryer, cable TV and a VCR. Our condominiums are tastefully and uniquely decorated to enhance your vacation and increase your relaxation.

Our guests find everything they need for their stay at what Money Magazine rates as one of the "10 Best Places to Vacation in the U.S. & Beyond" - November 2002 Issue. We furnish a key to our outside storage closet full of beach toys for the kids, as well as, rafts, noodles and beach chairs. We have linens, beach towels and a stocked supply of soaps and paper products for all of our guests.

The Pointe Santo de Sanibel complex offers beachfront access to the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The white, sandy beaches are great for shelling, sunbathing or building sandcastles.

During your stay at Pointe Santo de Sanibel, relax in the heated swimming pool or hot tub, use one of the two tennis courts or prepare your supper on one of the courtyard gas grills.

The Pointe Santo de Sanibel Complex also offers a wonderful Children's Recreation Program. (This is NOT a babysitting service.) The program provides age-specific games, nightly movies, beach walks and crafts. It is a great way to get the kids out of the sun for an hour!
