From Southwest Florida International Airport:

Exit I-75 at Exit #131 (Daniels Road/Southwest International Airport) and go West on Daniels Road. (From the airport, you will already be heading West on Daniels Road.) Follow Daniels Road to Route 41. Cross over Route 41 on Daniels Road, which becomes Cypress Lake Drive at this point. The next major intersection is Summerlin Road. Turn left onto Summerlin Road (Route 869). Follow Summerlin Road to the toll booths for the Sanibel Causeway. The toll is $6.00. At the end of the Causeway is a four-way stop. Turn right at the stop sign onto Periwinkle Way. Follow Periwinkle Way to Tarpon Bay Road (approximately 3 miles). Turn left onto Tarpon Bay Road. Follow Tarpon Bay Road to the next stop sign approximately 1/2 mile. Turn left onto West Gulf Drive. Pointe Santo de Sanibel is the second and third driveway on the right hand side of the road. Turn right into the third driveway.

There are five individual complexes at Pointe Santo de Sanibel. Facing the center complex (Letter "C") from the parking lot, we are the next complex to the left.
